The Old Rectory Care Home has a vacancy for a full or part-time Registered General Nurse.

We are family run home set in the heart of a great community in the beautiful picturesque village of Grappenhall.

We are looking to recruit an organised, methodical Nurse who is passionate about offering the very best person-centred care to our residents.

The role includes leading our care team during your shifts, you will make certain that we fully meet residents’ medical, physical and emotional requirements. Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will mentor and motivate colleagues,champion residents’ safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement

You will need to be a positive thinker, a motivator, able to communicate effectively at all levels, to demonstrate and understand all relevant legislation in relation to the role, and importantly be a team player with a sense of humour.
