**About The Role**:
PETA Ltd are looking for a Lettings Administrator Apprentice to join a leading independent estate and letting agent in Southsea. If you have an interest in property and a hunger to succeed, this could be the perfect role for you.

This position would suit an individual who has a keen interest in the property industry. The Lettings Administrator Apprentice role may also suit an individual who wishes to embark on a career that offers a fast track progression opportunity within sales/administration.

**Training to be provided**:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.

**About the role**:
The Lettings Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:

- Working as part of a team to ensure all administration duties are carried out to a high standard and within set time scales
- Answering the telephone
- Typing correspondence
- Updating and amending the company website
- Managing the referencing process for letting tenants and landlords
- Face to face meetings with prospective tenants and landlords
- Compiling tenancy agreements
- Completing any other tasks required by the department and from time to time to cover for colleague absence due to sickness or holidays
