**The Role**:

- End to end payroll preparation including calculations and review to ensure accuracy
- Providing correct delivery of payroll output
- Submission of RTI to HMRC and Pension Uploads to the pension provider
- Understanding the tax treatment of pay components prior to set up
- Ad-hoc payroll advice both internally and externally
- Assist in the onboarding of new payroll clients and producing process documents
- Ensure the compliance of all payrolls are accurate and up to date
- Communications with HMRC and third parties dealing with relevant payroll queries
- Year end process management to meet tight deadlines
- Supporting the management team to ensure all projects are undertaken and completed on time

**The Person**:

- Minimum of 3 years, end to end, payroll processing experience
- Experience of working in a client facing environment
- Experience of working in a payroll bureau environment
- Excellent end to end payroll knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel knowledge
