Job Summary:
We are looking for housekeeping staff to join our team and assist with changeover cleans of our luxury holiday cottages on Mondays and/or Fridays. A rewarding position in a beautiful setting using natural cleaning materials. Must be able to work during school holidays, and ideally available year round, on Mondays and/or Fridays for 3-6 hours from 10am.

Your attention to detail and ability to work as a team and independently will contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Strip and make beds
- Assist with in house laundry, washing and ironing
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning
- Close communication and reporting to housekeeping supervisor
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Organised and good at prioritising tasks
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and in a physically demanding role

- Well presented, clean and tidy
- A passion for the environment and sustainability

**Highly Desirable**
- Experience of housekeeping at 5* standard
- Previous housekeeping training qualification
- Health and safety qualifications
- Knowledge of and passion for natural/green cleaning solutions, products and tools

**Job Types**: Freelance, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
