**THE ROLE**:
The Student Service Advisor work within the Enquiry Centre team providing a triage service for all incoming enquiries from applicants and students which includes linking to specialist services when necessary logging all customer interactions to CRM (customer relationship management system).

You will contribute to the continuing development of an Enquiry Centre online Catalogue and be able to explain regulations and procedures providing reliable guidance and support. In addition, the student service advisor will work with all stakeholders to ensure effective working relations, in order to respond to process changes, service priorities, demands, identifying any trends in enquiries and any gaps in information available while maintaining and monitoring accurate records in relevant systems.

Fixed-term contract (to 16 May 2024).
