Our services enable the people we support to improve their health, well-being and employability.**As a Healthcare Assistant,** you’ll have the opportunity to work in a highly rewarding sector with some truly inspirational service users and colleagues. The Senior Healthcare Assistant reports to our Lead Nurse and is responsible for supporting and assisting in the provision of a range of healthcare interventions.
- You will be working from our Carlisle Hub but will also support our other Hubs where service needs arise.

- Supporting the clinical team with healthcare assessments and treatments
- Undertaking clinical supervisions
- Providing harm reduction support, information and advice to individuals in relation to substance misuse.
- Detoxification assessments and Health Assessments.
- Monitoring and facilitation of community detoxifications.
- BBV screening and immunisations.
- Referral into other services to meet the health and well-being needs of people who use our service.
- Supporting student nurses.
- Contributions to training and pathway development within the service.
