Mixologist

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquets or events

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Cash handling experience and proficiency in retail math for accurate transactions
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Familiarity with cashiering duties, including processing payments and providing change accurately
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area
