Simpson Judge are working with a fast-paced technology business, with offices based in Bury. This is a permanent opportunity, for a payroll clerk that is responsible for executing the weekly & monthly contractor payroll and ensuring that all information has been processed in good time allowing for the prompt running of the payroll function.

Responsibilities include:

- Organise intake of weekly invoices and timesheets
- Data entry of information pertaining to existing and new contractors taken from new starter forms
- Scanning received new starter details onto the database
- Completing right to work checks
- Verifying Ltd Companies/Umbrella Companies for full Compliance
- Chase invoice and timesheets from Ltd companies and contractors
- Data entry of timesheets and invoices
- Validating and checking Expense Claims and receipts
- Validating exchange rates
- Sending remittances and payslips to contractors
- Scanning of timesheets and invoices
- Invoice weekly / monthly Clients
- Tracking Sales invoices to Special clients as they are sent
- Complete incoming enquiries from contractors in terms of paid or due invoices

Experience/Skills required:

? Basic typing speed
? Business to Business telephone calls
? Knowledge of Windows and I.T packages
? Manage own time
? Ability to deal with people at all levels
? Self-starter - motivated
? Data entry experience
