Kooka Developments are a family run business that specialise in Insulation & Render systems. As a company we are known for the quality of the work we put out, communication and customer care. All of these values need to equally be sought after, through both our existing and new workforce.

We are currently looking for a multi-skilled operative that will be responsible for setting up our work sites ready for main works, followed by reinstatement after completion. This will include, but are not limited to things like; roof extensions, pipework extension and renewal, internal door trimming, ventilation upgrades, trench cutting/digging, window sills, silicone, snag work etc.

The person we are looking for to join us should have the following;

**Beneficial (Minimum one Needed)**
- Carpentry Experience

This position will be full time self-employed so a valid UTR number will be needed. Our yard is located in Wollaston, Wellingborough so you would need to be able & willing to get there daily for loading materials. The role will need to cover at minimum all of the things we have mentioned above, so a diverse skill set is required.

Pay: £120.00-£160.00 per day
