Soapery Assistant

We create handmade natural hair and skincare products that are free from harsh ingredients and kind to the planet.

We have an opportunity for a full time assistant in our Soapery for the production and fulfilment of our own range of products, duties will include making soaps, shampoo, conditioners, bath bombs and fizzes, candles and skincare creams.

This is a full on role, you would need to hit the ground running, working methodically and at speed, learning as you go. This is a great opportunity for someone to excel in a completely new trade.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the soapery manager

Communicating with manager to understand production and workflow

Weighing, measuring and mixing ingredients with absolute precision and due care.

Cleaning down the soapery during and after each product production with meticulous care to hygiene.

Fulfilling custom orders

Maintain stock and inventory levels

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

Excellent verbal skills

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift and move heavy boxes

Ability to work around various scents and fragrances.

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
