As a Recruitment Administrator you will be working closely with our Internal Recruiters to support them in ensuring we connect with the best talent.
You will be working within a fast paced, volume recruitment environment achieving targets and deadlines.
The role will be based in our Wilmslow office on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office and 3 days from home).
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will:
- Help build talent pools to ensure a pipeline of suitable talent for future roles
- Identify skills to match appropriately against requirements
- Update our Applicant Tracking System effectively
- Maintain strong attention to detail while being able to prioritise your workload effectively
