**Who we’re looking for**

We’re looking for a dedicated individual to provide tailored support to our pupils. You will be committed to making a positive difference to young people’s lives and in supporting and developing their learning. Your intervention will help enable an outstanding learning environment for our young people, providing the support they need to succeed.

**You will have**:

- Minimum Grade 5 GCSEs in English and Maths.
- Experience of working with children with SEND needs.
- Experience of working with other professional agencies.
- The ability to operate ICT resources safely and effectively as a learning resource.
- The ability to provide effective support during learning activities through use of appropriate strategies to motivate and challenge pupils.
