A Retail Sales Advisor is a vital and integral part of our business. Our customers can count on you for valuable guidance as they seek to design the ideal home for themselves. You are an excellent listener who takes time to understand the needs of the customer and you will take a consultative approach to the sale, ensuring your customers leave having purchased the perfect product while experiencing an excellent customer journey.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate customer focused Retail Sales Advisor for our Croydon store based on Purley Way with onsite parking and great public transport links. An enthusiastic team of 9 colleagues work at the Croydon store already. The team really enjoys what they do and that is evident in the way they interact with both the customers and each other. Taking the time to get to know each other has been instrumental in creating a really positive working environment and can't wait for you to join us. Sharing our extensive and diverse knowledge within the team and as a business is integral to our success and to complement this we offer a comprehensive and engaging induction and training plan to ensure you are confident and excited about sharing your knowledge with our fantastic customers.

We work to a store target and offer uncapped commission rates of 1.5% - 3.5% on all sales

As all Retail Sales Advisors will be required to work both weekend days we are able to offer one weekend in every six off.
