Our client provides tailor-made services which enable the effective and seamless running of property assets and infrastructure, and they are currently looking to expand their team of Maintenance Joiners.

Position: Maintenance Joiner

**Salary**: £13 p/h

Location: Newtonabbey/Mallusk

Duration: Temp-Perm (Van/tools provided)

**Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 7:30am-5pm**
- Duties will include (but not be limited to):

- Social housing response
- Repairs and Maintenance
- General Joinery

**Essential Criteria**:

- Time Served Joiner
- 1st and 2nd Fix Joiner
- General joinery works including fitting doors, kitchens, repairs

**Desirable Criteria**

CSR Card

Previous experience working in social housing
