Night Porter

Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors as needed
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, such as door handles, and handrails
- Setting up breakfast buffet and event spaces
- Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by addressing their needs and concerns

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and guest services
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel's public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent guest service will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.

In this role, you will interact with guests on a daily basis, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally. Your ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages will be an asset in assisting our diverse clientele.
