Sales Support Administrator

Certags is a manufacturer of identification and inspection products for industrial equipment. We have offices located in the UK, USA, Netherlands, Germany and Australia.
We are looking for a **Sales Support Administrator **for our busy sales office in Trafford Park.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering and screening external phone calls
- Setting up inbound leads on our CRM’s system
- Sending out samples to clients
- Converting leads in to quotes
- Accurate recording of current order book from sales to dispatch to client
- Tracking orders through the manufacturing process to arrival at Certags
- Updating clients of the progress of their orders when necessary
- Providing clients with required paperwork i.e., written quotes, invoices and payment receipts
- Liaising with existing customer for re-orders
**Key Criteria**
- Administration Experience
- Experience with QuickBooks and Excel
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organization skills
**Benefits/Hours of work**
- Monthly & end of year bonus
- Monday to Friday only (no weekends)
- Early finish on Friday

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
