As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for managing the process of optimising workshop resources to meet agreed departmental budgets.

**An average day as a Workshop Assistant**
- Managing a safe workshop environment in accordance with HSO requirements.
- Planning the distribution of work amongst the team taking into account individual skill levels.
- Analyse and manage the effective use of workshop resources and monitor individual and workshop efficiencies to ensure the companies targets and KPi’s are met.
- Manage liaison between workshop and service reception on customer vehicle progress.
- Supporting the Service Manager in day-to-day duties.
- Carry out quality control in the workshop.
- Offering exceptional customer service, including maintaining customer relationships
- Taking care of any customer issues or complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
