**Project Manager**required for my client within the engineering and manufacturing industry, based near to Leeds.

Due to client demands and growth there is an exciting opportunity present for a Project and Operations Manager to join this companies existing team.

**Project ManagerPosition Overview**
- Main responsibilities are to manage and coordinate the daily running and profitability of the service department.
- To identify and understand the biggest risk areas to the service department that could impact on time or cost.
- Provide operational, strategic, and contractual direction for the whole service team.
- Maintaining a close working relationship with company departments to maximise support for the department and for opportunities to share best practice.
- Be responsible for creating solutions with customers and resolving issues for more complex problems.
- Customer orientated and to have excellent client management skills.
- Cost analysis and comparisons for all areas of the service department.
- Attending and providing information at the monthly management meeting.
- Ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner and in line with corporate response times.

**Project ManagerPosition Requirements**
- Previous experience of monitoring and evaluation systems and managing budgets.
- High level project management and implementation skills, including an ability to manage multiple strands of activity simultaneously.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with ability to work proactively with people at all levels.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a methodical and organised manner.
- Experience of personnel management - highly desirable.
- Based within a commutable distance of Leeds.
- Own a full UK driving licence.

**Project ManagerPosition Remuneration**
- Salary - £50,000 to £55,000 - dependent upon experience, skill and qualifications.
- Full time position - Monday to Friday.
- 25 days holiday package plus bank holidays.
- Annual bonus - based upon profits.
- Company pension scheme.
- Other company benefits.
