**About the role**
- We are looking to establish a strong presence in the B2B market. Our mission is to optimise customer attraction into the business sales funnel through effective B2B marketing strategies for our core B2B products: Business Essentials, Business Boost and Business Pro.
As the B2B Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering the B2B marketing plan, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and driving high-quality, data-driven marketing campaigns to achieve optimal customer attraction.
B2B Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing plan and strategy, both in the short term and long term, to support the company's growth objectives and expand our presence in the B2B market.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product owners, channel owners, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and feasibility of the B2B marketing plan. Coordinate efforts and resources to support successful campaign execution and to ensure delivery of commercial objectives, specifically:

- High value leads into our sales pipeline
- Sales directly through our website
Project Management & Teamwork: Collaborate with other marketing teams, such as the Brandand Product team to adapt the brand experience to fit the B2B market and propose portfolio modifications that will enable us to capture a higher market share.
Work closely with Web Development, ECRM, and Channel Owners, to commission the required marketing services and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

B2B Funnel Development: Leverage your extensive knowledge of B2B sales and marketing plans to create and enhance B2B funnels, improving customer acquisition and conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
Pipeline Value and Investment: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of pipeline value and investment principles to allocate resources effectively and ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

Market Penetration: Identify and exploit opportunities for optimal market penetration in the B2B space. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge. Support our reseller function with marketing collateral as required.
Finance: Manage the B2B marketing budget and report on ROI

**Key Requirements**
- To be successful in this role, you will have a solid grasp of marketing investment principles and be to grow this channel and will have supported teams to develop effective tools to enable Sales teams to drive business performance.
You will have:

- In-depth knowledge of B2B sales and marketing plans, with a track record of achieving tangible results.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies and campaigns with an excellent understanding of how they enable Sales teams to effectively drive growth targets
- Experience in building and optimising B2B funnels to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Strong understanding of pipeline value and investment principles to make informed marketing decisions.
- Previous leadership experience in designing and delivering B2B campaigns, ideally within the telecoms or utilities sector.
- Excellent analytical skills, capable of using data-driven insights to improve marketing performance.
- Effective project management and stakeholder management skills to coordinate cross-functional team output
