**Apprentice Joiner -** all applicants must be 19+ years due to health and safety regulations.

**Role & responsibilities**:
In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the necessary skills and knowledge required to become a proficient Joiner and gain a full Level 3 Carpentry & Joinery standard. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about joinery and are eager to learn and develop their skills.
- Working under supervision as your skill base increases you will undertake the following:

- Installation of doors and window frames.
- Learn how to lay wooden flooring, skirting boards.
- Understand how to fit doors, kitchens and staircases.
- Ensure all instillation adheres to Health & Safety protocols.
- You will learn how to use a range of joinery hand tools.

**Qualifications & requirements**
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is desirable but not essential as long as
- the applicant lives in Cramlington, or they can get to the pickup point in Cramlington
- each day.
- Some knowledge of construction and site working practices would be advantageous, although not essential for the the apprentice role.

**Salary**:£5.28 p/hr during first year of apprenticeship ---> £2000 on average per fortnight once qualified (fortnightly pay).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £5.28 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
