We are currently recruiting for a Renewals Manager to join the constantly expanding team of an exciting, innovative and growing multi-office estate agency in the Hornsey area.

- This highly-respected multi-office estate agency covers some of the most coveted areas of North London including Crouch End, Camden, Finsbury Park, Highgate, Islington, and Muswell Hill
- With a company team of 20+, they typically have high stock levels of 70+ instructions per month with properties of exceptional quality; renting between £195 per week to £3,300 per week

**SALARY, BONUSES & BENEFITS**:

- **Basic Salary**:£28,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)
- **Monthly Bonus Structure**: £3,000 - £6,000 per annum
- **£25,000 banked**:£250 per month
- **£30,000 banked**: £375 per month
- **£35,000 banked**:£500 per month

**WORKING HOURS**:

- **Monday - Friday**: 8:30am to 6pm

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**As a Renewal Manager, you will need to provide exceptional customer service to all landlords and tenants as well as demonstrate key sales skills in order to maximise revenue growth for the business. The role responsibilities will include but arenot limited to**:

- Responsible for contacting both Landlord and Tenant three months prior to termination and negotiating the renewal and change of sharer at the highest possible rent, at the maximum possible fee, for the longest possible term.
- Providing tenancy paperwork as necessary and ensuring a prompt timely return, executing all legal tenancy paperwork for lettings renewals in accordance with legislative requirements, following Lettings’ procedures.
- To maximise the renewal conversion rate and income stream, and ensure cross-referrals of potential business to other parts of the business. To do this in a way that maximises Lettings renewals and change of sharer.
- Provides excellent customer experience for both internal and external customers and supports the company brand.
- To also ensure that internal procedures are followed and continuously improve the smooth running of the day to day renewals negotiation activities within the Renewals department to support the achievement of business growth goals.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 1yr+ of experience in residential tenancy renewals
- Familiarity with legal processes and pertinent legislation
- Jupix proficiency is an advantage but not necessary
