Your new role as a Store Manager
- Providing excellent customer service with strong product knowledge, advice and general support. Ensuring your team is delivering the best possible customer service.
- Maximising store performance by leading and supporting your team, effectively planning staff rota’s.
- Daily administrative duties including cash control, price tagging, store security etc.
- Stock control including stock rotation, take, reconciliation, write down reporting and weekly ordering of required stock.
- Ensuring high standards of housekeeping are maintained throughout the store, warehouse and yard.
- Ensuring promotional material is relevant and well presented.
- Engaging in further training as required for the role.

About you
- Excellent people skills and energetic leader who promotes positivity and teamwork
- Highly organised and able to effectively manage a team
- Hands on and comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
- Excellent merchanding skills and strong background in retail

Due to the nature of the role, previous supervisory experience is essential.
