**Role**:

- Speaking to internal and external teams
- Working on several in-house systems
- Resolving issues/faults
- Providing a great service to clients/customers
- Learning and developing within the role, learning new skills
- Aiming for a first time resolution
- Dealing with complaints
- Working both as a team and individually
- Managing your own time ensuring that all tasks are complete
