We provide care and support to looked after children in residential and semi-Independent supported accommodation. All employees work as a team to safeguard children and provide them with the necessary guidance to enable them to live a positive and meaningful life as they approach adulthood.

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team in Chatteris.

**In return we are looking for someone who can commit to**:

- Ensuring that all children and young people have their needs met and are safeguarded from harm, neglect, abuse or exploitation.
- Responding to any child care concerns appropriately.
- Ensuring that the building, equipment and furniture is well maintained.
- Working effectively and can co-ordinate with social workers, parents/guardians and other connected professional agencies.

**For us, it is crucial that applicants need to meet the below criteria in order to carry out the core duties of the role and to meet our Ofsted requirements. Applicants for this role need to**:

- Have a UK driving licence, and the ability to reliably commute to the home.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
