ADMINISTRATORWe are looking to recruit an experienced **Administrator** for a leading company in the field of highway electrical assets maintenance and installation. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a company that takes social responsibility seriously and is determined to support society in accelerating towards to Net Zero.**ROLE**:Administrator**LOCATION**: Slinfold, West Sussex**SALARY**: £22,000 - 24,000 per annum**JOB TYPE**: Permanent**HOURS**: Full time, Monday to FridayBENEFITS:

THE ROLE:

- Creating job work packs.
- Inputting Timesheet information into the Timesheet database.
- Invoice and archive closed jobs.
- Input of data into various systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Internal and external customer service.
- Logging any urgent reactive requests from clients and notifying Supervisors/engineers as required.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

- Able to learn with training new software and systems.
- Great communication skills
- Experience in working in an administration role.
- Proficient in a range of IT systems
