We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Insulation Fitter for commercial construction sites. This is an entry-level role where you will undergo comprehensive training to learn how to install insulation and fire barriers according to specifications and architectural drawings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work under supervision to learn and understand the installation process.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and equipment needed for insulation installation.
- Learn to interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Gain hands-on experience in fitting insulation and fire barrier materials, understanding the significance of the products in the build process.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas before, during, and after installation.
- Working at sites in Newcastle, North and South Tyneside.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a valid CSCS card.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Good timekeeping and reliability in attendance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Experience in construction is a plus but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Access to own transport a plus as site locations vary. Most accessible by public transport however.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay attention to detail.

**Salary**: £11.44-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
