HR Practitioner

**Here at Leicestershire Police we are actively seeking HR professionals who are looking to take the next step up the career ladder and become an HR Practitioner.**

We have new opportunities for two full time HR Practitioners to join us on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. As an HR Practitioner you'll be working with your HR Business Partner to ensure organisational objectives are achieved and your departments receive a high service level in all areas of HR.

You will be:

- Qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 5
- Able to evidence your experience in working in Change projects and providing generalist HR services
- Well versed in the Equality Act 2010 and able to use HR Management information systems

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
