Fttp Planner

**Job Summary**:
Develop and provide planning of the route including cabling and civils requirements, possibly using PIA as a solution. Completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals working to KPI’s and quality targets provided by your Planning Team Lead.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for creation and delivery of project designs and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Responsible to maintain excellent communication with project coordinators and Planning Team Lead
- Responsible for recognising risks, raise, issue and escalate through the survey & design life cycle

**Experience**:

- Knowledge of GIS platforms and Microsoft Tools - Desirable.
- Strong communication skills - Essential
- The ability to manage across a variety of stakeholders providing continuous reporting through the life cycle of multiple design projects - Preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role in the Telecommunications industry - Preferred
- Reasonable technical knowledge of network rollout - Preferred
- Able to identify potential risks to health & safety and cost and escalates or proactively manages where necessary - Essential
- I.T. and database skills - Preferred
- Problem solver/solution finder to specific and generic issues on site rollout - Desirable

**Preferred Knowledge of**:

- FTTP (Fibre to the Premise) for MDU (Multi Dwelling Unit).
- HFC (Hybrid Fibre-Coax) for MDU.
- FTTP & HFC network.
- Fibre Trunk Route Survey & Planning.

**Salary (per annum)**:
£22,308 to £31,250 dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,308.00-£31,250.00 per year
