**Are You Ready to Make an Impact?** Encompass Care is on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated Payroll & Finance Officer to join our Head Office team. If you're passionate about ensuring accurate payroll processing and providing invaluable support to our Finance team, we want you to be a part of our mission to empower individuals with learning disabilities and mental health challenges.

- **Payroll Expertise**: Assist in preparing the monthly payroll, handling various payroll processing tasks with precision.
- **Comprehensive Processing**: Manage Time & Attendance sheets, Starter, Leavers & Increments, Change of Circumstances, and more.
- **Accuracy Matters**: Process average Annual Leave calculations & NMW calculations with meticulous attention.
- **Efficiency**: Handle Bank Timesheets and Travel Claims efficiently.
- **Deduction Processing**: Ensure accurate processing of deductions and handle Occupational and Statutory sick pay as needed.
- **Pension Support**: Assist in processing the Company's pensions and contribute to maintaining payroll & pension reconciliations.

**Additional Contributions to Finance**:

- **Dynamic Support**: Cover and assist the Finance Support Officer (Expenditure) when required.
- **Financial Controller Assistance**: Provide support to the Financial Controller (Income) as needed.

**Key Relationships**:

- **Engage Collaboratively**: Interact with the Managing Director, Payroll Manager, Financial Controller, Finance Assistant.
- **Team Integration**: Collaborate with Governance Department, HR Department, Service Managers, and both Head Office and Encompass Care Services Support Staff.
- **People-Centric**: Stay connected with the people we support, ensuring their financial well-being.
