PIB Schemes & Affinities division have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Digital Marketing to take ownership and drive the divisions digital marketing channels. Coming from a background where you have driven performance, owned budget and with a commercial mindset alongside leading your team to achieve and develop into the very best.

Location - Flexible (with travel to Gloucester, Harrogate & London)

**The Role**
- Owning all digital marketing budgets and commercial outcomes (including sales, revenue and commission targets)
- Be responsible for the digital marketing calendar including activity planning and execution
- Lead a team of digital marketing specialists
- Work with the commercial/product teams to develop marketing strategies at category level
- Leading the digital marketing team and all digital marketing activity and measuring performance through the ongoing review of performance metrics.
- Champion our brands and everything they stands for
- Work across the marketing team to develop integrated plans and campaigns, aligning digital plans with broader marketing activity
- Work with design on the visual representation of the brand across digital
- Manage 3rd party agency relationships and outsourced activity associated with digital marketing
- 10 Years+ Digital Marketing with proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a track record of successfully driving performance marketing and paid search strategies, along with other digital initiatives.
- Excellent performance-based marketing experience, combined with a track record of driving lead generation and increasing brand recognition through digital and social media campaigns.
- Ability to manage and achieve ROI on marketing budgets.
- Experience of building a broader digital marketing technology infrastructure
- Setting out a medium-term, strategic digital marketing growth plan for the company, both in the UK & Ireland, and in international markets as we turn to global expansion.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and channels
- Excellent understand of digital marketing metrics and how these contribute to the overall business objectives (eg Revenue, EBITDAE targets)
- Knowledge of working in a regulated market preferred but not required (Priority will be around digital marketing experience, knowledge and delivery)
- Good understanding of digital marketing technology
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Experience in growing digital brands in niche markets preferred
