We are recruiting for ongoing temporary HR administrative roles with the potential to become permanent, covering a wide range of HR related issues. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week working 5 over 7 days. Training is on site Mon to Fri for 3-4 weeks, once you are trained up, the role will become hybrid with a minimum of one day on-site per week. You must be able to get to Morley for the training period.

**Job profile**

We are looking to support our large client in various admin teams within their HR department. The roles vary from team to team, but key skills include administration, extensive contact internally and regular use of a variety of systems across 2 screens.

**Responsibilities**

**Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required**
- You will need to be organised with a high attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload. Ideally, you will have administration experience however the ability to pick up new IT systems is essential, experience of working on a ticketing system is desirable but not essential.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- The ability to adapt and work flexibly with changing work demands and tasks
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week 5 days over 7 (1 weekend day every week or full weekend every two weeks)

**Location**: Morley, Leeds for 3 - 4 weeks whilst training and then hybrid with a minimum of 1 day a week on-site

**Job Type**: Full-time, Temporary (potential to become a permanent role)
