**Job Description**:
**The Care Companion role includes**:
- Visiting regular clients, in their homes for a **minimum of 1 hour** to support with a variety of needs including, but not limited to personal care, emotional well-being, social events and trips out in the community.
- Communicating with families and nurses as part of the care team.
- Being creative in ways that can help enhance and bring joy to someone’s life.
- Participating in quarterly team meetings to support each other in our roles.

**Qualifications**:
- Current Full Driving Licence (B)
- Fluent in writing and speaking English Language
