Factory Operative

MBC is currently recruiting for a Factory Operative for our Client in Stirling area.

MUST BE ABLE to get to Stirling for 6am

**The Role**:

- operating and monitoring machinery on a busy automated production line
- responsible for insuring the machine is stocked with the correct materials ready for packaging and dispatch
- loading/ unloading pallets
- keeping your work area clean and tidy
- generalcleaning duties
- must be physically fit due to the nature of the job (standing for long periods of time)
- must be both numerate and literate, and able to follow instructions.

**WORKING PATTERN**:
**Sample pattern**: 3 nightshifts, 3 days OFF, 4 dayshifts, 7 days OFF and so on. You will be working some weekends paid at OVERTIME rates.

Plenty of **overtime** available. **Great work life balance**; **7 continuous** days off each month.

BASIC RATE £9.50

**OVERTIME** SATURDAY : £14.25

**OVERTIME** SUNDAY : £19

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £9.50-£19.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stirling, Stirlingshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
