**Maintenance Officer**

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced maintenance operative to work within our self-contained and shared accommodation within Coventry

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
This role will involve all aspects of property maintenance. You would be expected to carry out basic property maintenance and repairs including:

- Painting
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Furniture removal
- Lock changes (this is an essential skill) within our shared houses
- Cleaning of rooms and communal areas is required
- Void property maintenance repairs to be carried out when rooms are vacated, and any repairs of damage must be completed within very tight timescales.
- Oversee void rooms and units to prepare for new occupier
- Meeting contractors where necessary

A driving license is an essential requirement, and a company vehicle will be provided. You will be expected to provide your own tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
