Co-founder to Lead The Expansion of Venture Builder

**ABOUT US**

Creatella is a Venture Builder, an ambitious ecosystem to build innovative and promising tech startups. Born in Singapore, with European and Japanese roots and a highly diverse team of 30 teammates spanning across 20 countries, we aim to build the most comprehensive environment for startups co-creation: building, financing and advising tech startups across the globe in FinTech, EduTech, HealthTech etc.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- 　Define the business development strategy for Creatella’s expansion to the US and/or UK markets and lead its implementation
- 　Plan the marketing strategy and lead its implementation (social media, PR,)
- 　Leverage your network to source promising startups, SMEs and corporate customers
- 　Be responsible for growing revenues and for the P/L of the local entity (and possibly later for the whole company)
- 　Build long term partnerships with VCs, incubators, venture builders and other ecosystem players
- 　Advise entrepreneurs in our portfolio and assist them in their fundraising efforts

**YOUR SKILLS**
- 　Strong experience in business development, marketing and/or B2B sales, in tech
- 　Startup experience as a cofounder is a plus
- 　Strategic thinking to successfully implement a clear vision
- 　Execution excellence: hands-on management and leading by example
- 　Excellent people skills
- 　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
