We are looking for experienced and empathic people who are interested supporting the recruitment and registration of learners and in assisting people through a variety of different stages, such as starting a career, changing careers, or returning to the job market after a period of absence. As a learner engagement and employability support practitioner, you will play an important role in assisting people in understanding the variety of programmes available and providing them with the necessary information, advice, and guidance to make the best decision for them.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the recruitment and registration of learners.
- Manage your time and activities safely and effectively, to meet with the priorities and delivery requirements, contributing to achieving the standards of care, quality and positive outcomes required.
- Arrange and coordinate all aspects of employer engagement/ Job opportunities days (includes sending invites, logging attendance, and follow-on actions) within our expanding network of prison training and community training centers

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
