Paralegal Secretary

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client based in Otley in Leeds. A well-established Solicitors who are looking for a Paralegal Secretary to join their team ASAP.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy well-established and very experienced Wills & Probate team as a Paralegal, with an opportunity for qualification and progression within the practice.

The Wills & Probate team is headed up by a STEP qualified Partner who will supervise along with two senior solicitors, within the department.
You will have experience of or receive training in the following:

- Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate and Trust Administration
- Drafting of estate and trust accounts
- Case management system P4W Tikit

Essential skills will include.
- To be able to work on your own initiative.
- Assisting other team members when required
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Methodical approach to workload
- Professional telephone manner
- First rate communication skills, both written and verbal

Practical qualifications: Previous legal experience in Wills & Probate
