**So, what does the role of an Insurance Advisor here involve?**

Our Insurance Advisors are excellent at quoting and placing cover when instructed, inviting and binding renewals, dealing with mid-term adjustments, broking client requirements within the insurance market and providing assistance in all areas for your Account Executives, when appropriate.

You will work independently and manage client requirements within the scope of a busy client book that spans all business sectors and classes of commercial insurance. This may include client contact and visits.

- Support your Account Executive in all areas of managing the client accounts.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer and conducting related administration work in relation to:New business

RenewalsMid Term AdjustmentsQueriesPremium financing arrangementsCover note issuance
- Ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures as detailed in the compliance manual.
- Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

**What experience does our Insurance Advisor need?**

It’s essential that you have some insurance experience gained ideally in a broking environment and preferably within commercial lines as you will be offering a complete commercial lines experience to existing customers.
It would be a bonus if you have experience using Open GI and any relevant qualifications, although we offer plenty of opportunity to gain these once you join us.

**This is an office based role, until probation is passed, i.e. at least 6 months, following which hybrid working can be discussed. The office currently works 2 days working from home (if business/team management permits).**
