Neve Fleetwood is an established fish and seafood supplier providing fresh, quality products to a variety of sectors within the food service industry i.e. contract caterers, independent restaurants, gastro pubs, bars, schools to Michelin star restaurants and 5 star hotels in North West England.

We are looking for night shift production colleagues to join our team.

Reporting to the factory manager you will be part of the night shift team, preparing orders for our wide range of customers.

The salary for this role is negotiable and dependent on experience. Full training is provided.

Main duties include:

- Picking fresh fish/frozen orders
- Packing products in line with customer specifications
- Reducing waste through quality checking and reducing packing/picking errors
- Following all food hygiene and health and safety policies
- Assisting the Factory Management as required

Required skills:

- Previous food factory/warehouse experience would be advantageous, preferably in fresh produce / chilled environment
- Good time management, punctual and reliable
- Accurate, with good organisational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates drive and positive approach to work
- Team player
- Flexible approach
- Willingness to learn new processes
- Able to work well independently, enthusiastic and self-motivated

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
