We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Northampton team in the position of IT Technician & Service Delivery Intern.

- Shadowing and training experiences with knowledgeable professionals within IT Service Delivery Team (Service Desk, Infrastructure Team, Information Security) and working with our IT Projects, Demand & Innovation Team.
- Opportunity to attend networking events and company meetings.
- Work closely with a mentor and the senior leadership team in reviewing the current estate and recommending changes.
- Help drive business change & Improvements with your own Ideas.

**Your duties would include but not limited to the following;**
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and networking problems
- Document and track problems in a help desk system
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of hardware and software
- Help revitalise the IT department to ensure it is offering the best possible service to its customers.
- Challenge inefficient processes and practices and influence great change
- Work with the key individuals within the IT function and central business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement in business process.
- Assist Infrastructure Team and Head of IT Services with keeping the IT estate current and optimising the service we deliver.
- Work with the Information Security team to ensure any possible cyber-attacks are kept to a minimum.
- Working with IT projects Team to oversee and assist in deployment of innovative solutions.
