**You probably want to know what’s involved**

If you’re experienced in recruitment, you’ll already know what you need to do. From creating job adverts just like this one, reviewing applicants, finding them using various job boards, to guiding them through a recruitment process to be proud of. You’ll also take our new joiners from offer to onboarding, so integrity will be important to you and being heavily organised will be your go to style.

Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding will be your main responsibilities, and you’ll already understand the need for flexibility depending on the roles you’re hiring for. You’ll also support the People Services Manager with HR administration, the People Services inbox and general queries from your fellow team members, so if you’ve got experience there, too, it’s an advantage.

You’ll be joining the People Services team as team member number three, working 16 hours per week, in a setting that we’ll talk about at interview - it’s important that it works for you and us. If you’d like to work from home, you’ll need to have that set-up already and a strong enough internet connection. If you’re more of an office person we have a great space ready for you, and with an invested manager and a company of 56 so far, you’re never far away from support if you need it.

You might like to know that Scientifica design and sell products that make their way to top research institutes all over the world. These products allow researchers to gain a better understanding of the nervous system and neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Epilepsy. So we’re continuously hiring in technical spaces as well as operational, engineering, administration, sales and marketing.

By the way, if you’re wondering about qualifications, it’s the recruitment background we’re keen to see. If you just so happen to have a CIPD qualification as well as recruitment experience, that will of course set you apart.
