My client is a global investment company who has their headquarters in the heart of Mayfair. Counting some of the world’s biggest brands amongst their portfolio of clients the service that is offered is second to none and the service offered to Staff and Directors at the headquarters is no different.

An
**Office Services Assistant** vacancy has arisen with the offer to work within the Office Services team & will be responsible for supporting the firm with the day-to-day operations of the Office Services Department. Main duties for the
**Office Services Assistant** will include:

- Triaging/forwarding queries to appropriate teams
- Ticketing system - triage incoming work requests
- Couriers - process bookings & admin
- Deal with internal visitors
- Take & submit new hire photos
- Create GCS signage as requested and monitor current signage to ensure correct version in place
- Archiving - Process boxes for archiving and update records
- Run periodic reports to show OS metrics
- Train new OS members on core duties
- Assist with ad hoc duties as instructed by manager

Other Responsibilities for
**Office Services Assistant** may include:

- Portering and other ad hoc ‘all hands on deck’ assistance
- New starter set-ups / Leaver clear-ups
- Office moves
- Set up visitors before arrival and clear up after departure
- Meeting Rooms - Add/remove extra chairs & flip charts as required
- Stationery and office supplies - order and restock as required
- Mail, couriers & deliveries
- Receive, sort & deliver incoming Royal Mail and courier packages within timed deadlines
