Kebside Loader

**Municipal Collections is looking to recruit a Kerbside Loader, on a full time basis at our sites in Calne.**

The main duties and responsibilities are:

- Work as part of the vehicle crew (up to a team of 3) in the kerbside collection of domestic waste, including recycled and garden waste
- Assist with vehicle safety checks, operation and ancillary equipment checks
- Working on a two-week round rotation, ensuring all kerbside collections are made in line with the company’s contractual requirement
- Use the in-cab round monitoring software unit (Bartec)
- Dealing with customers and the public at large.

**There will also be a requirement to work some Bank Holidays and up to eight Saturdays per year, prior notice will be given.**

37 working hours per week

Monday - Thursday 07:00 to 15:15

Friday 07:00 to 14:45

Additional hours, paid as overtime, may be required in order to meet the collections needs.
