**Job description**:
We are on the lookout for a Senior Producer to join the excellent team over at Rebellion. You’ll join their passionate and talented production team working on their upcoming project a post-apocalyptic, survival-action game.
As a Senior Producer at the studio, you will manage all aspects of the game development process for your projects and ensure the integration of your work is in line with the technical and artistic direction of the projects.

**Your responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Head of Art, design and programming to balance creative vision with production realities
- Verify the quality of the game, and make improvements where necessary to fit technical constraints and artistic direction.
- Build and maintain project backlogs, roadmaps, schedules and documentation, and assist in the management of task and bug prioritisation
- Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams to manage feature development and content integration
- Facilitate communication and planning across internal project teams and external contacts and resources
- Ensure features and content follow established documentation and development workflows
- Assess and manage project risks, resource blockers, quality concerns and scope changes, and support in resolving issues across the development team
- Manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines

**The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role**
- Extensive experience in a similar role, shipping games (PC/Console) globally from concept to finish
- Extensive experience in managing multi-discipline teams, displaying core elements of leadership, management and inspiration
- Demonstrate a successful track record in project management of various sized projects
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of the development processes from a game's design phase through to its release
- Ability to identify major and minor flaws in gameplay, art, code and audio, and suggest practical and realistic improvements
- Passionate about shooters
