Finance Supervisor

**The Company**:
Our client is an established and successful organisation with offices in Philpstoun, West Lothian. They are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced **Finance Supervisor** to join their small, friendly team to assist the Finance Manager.

**The Role**:
The Finance Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance Manager with general Accounting procedures and associated administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with Accounts receivable
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Experience of Cash flow management
- Assisting with VAT returns
- Assisting with Management Accounts
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Assist in month-end reporting
- Undertake ad hoc accounts administration responsibilities as required

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (essential)
- Experience of Xero Accounting Software (highly desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar Finance/Accounts role, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes and systems
- Excellent Numeracy skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organisational skills, allowing for effective management of multiple responsibilities and initiatives
