Reprographics/postroom Operator

My internal Client is looking for a Reprographics/Postroom Operator to join their Team. The role will include working onsite at one of the Clients large accounts in the Kenilworth area.

The core hours are Mon-Fri 08:00-16:30

**Repro Function**
- A good knowledge of digital print and finishing platforms
- To meet customer expectations in terms of timing, quality and any specific instructions regarding the customer’s printing requirements.
- To be able to operate a variety of analogue, digital and scanning machinery
- Management of customer expectations in terms of quality and delivery. -Reporting back of any changes in the customer organisation or policy.
- Ensuring customer service to the highest level

**Post Room Function**
- Operation of a designated range of Post Room machines to fulfil customer requests. (Mail Mark etc)
- Process inbound and outbound collateral, domestic and international, using courier and/or Royal Mail platforms
- Make internal collections and deliveries within time frames as agreed with customer and line manager and as necessary to meet customer expectation.
- Mail collection and delivery local sites (nr Coventry)
- Localised mail sort

**Experience & Skills**
- Computer literate - Microsoft packages, Adobe Create Cloud preferred
- Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills
- Smart appearance
- Ability to communicate at all levels
