**Location: London or Tadworth, Surrey with some hybrid working**
**8-month contract**
**£36.00ph depending on experience**
**Monday to Friday(37 hours per week)**
**Do you have a solid foundation in campaign tracking and development?**
**Do you have experience in planning and executing large-scale campaign events ideally within a Pharmaceutical or Healthcare?**
If so, we have a unique opportunity for a Campaign/Project Manager to work for one of our clients who is a well-known and respected pharmaceutical organisation.
The position is well suited to someone with strong industry knowledge and an understanding of the external environment, including how stakeholders such as the UK Government, Parliament and other third parties can shape and influence the environment in whichour client operates.
**As the Campaigns & Project Manager, your responsibilities would include**
- Receiving a high volume of inbound calls
- Lead the development and execution of Our client UK’s "Breakthroughs" campaign activity, including high-profile external events and connectivity of external engagement activity across Policy and Public Affairs, External Communications, Patient Advocacyand Global Health & Social Impact
- Ownership of all elements of delivery, including management of external agencies, budget and expenses, to ensure the successful delivery of events
- Working with colleagues across External and Digital Communications to support the marketing of activity, including social media posts to promote events effectively, to reinforce Our client’s position as an external thought leader
- Responsibility for tracking and coordinating broader campaign activity across Corporate Affairs to maximise impact and ensure a regular drumbeat of influential external activity, in line with Our client’s Breakthrough Nation agenda
- Provide regular strategic updates to the Our client UK Country Management Forum on critical developments in the external environment and their impact on our client, and progress against delivering the UK Corporate Affairs plan
**Person Specification**
- Customer service experience in handling challenging customer queries and complaints via telephone and digital
- Coordinating and supporting the delivery of large events
- Computer literate with experience working with a range of software/SAP systems
- Ability to work with accuracy under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment
- A flexible approach
- Presentation skills
- Minimum Yellow Belt Six Sigma certification
- Experience in 02C audit and deviation processes
- Demonstrated continuous process improvement skills & understanding of BCP implications (business continuity planning)
- Strong team ethos & ability to establish effective working relationships with cross-functional colleagues and customers at all levels
- Well-organised and able to work accurately to tight deadlines within a pressured environment
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team environment
- Ability to use multiple communication channels, both verbal and digital ethos & ability to establish effective working relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in politics, communications, science or another relevant area (desirable)
- A proactive, self-starter who can work independently with guidance from senior colleagues
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Managing budgets
