Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an Admin Receptionist in Portsmouth to work with a Facilities Management company.
This is a ADHOC role and will be covering Sickness/Holidays across the year.
**About the job**:
- The Admin Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative and receptionist support to the Airbus office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Greet and assist visitors, including directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and meetings for office staff
- Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Manage the office calendar and schedule
- Provide support for special projects and events as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of COUPA & CAFM Systems is desirable
- 1-2 years of administrative or receptionist experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
