Finance Broker

Our client based in Northamptonshire is looking for a Finance Broker to join their growing team. Our client is a specialist Finance Consultancy company, specialising in a wide range of financial services for their clients.

To be considered for the Finance Broker position you must have experience in Sales or Account Management specifically from the finance sector.

**Responsibilities of the Finance Broker role are**:

- Actively develop new and existing relationships with clients through telesales, social media, trade events and networking
- Provide finance solutions to clients by offering a range of products including, but not limited to, asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance and property finance
- Effectively analyse financial requirements and key financial documentation
- Develop a full understanding of your clients’ requirements
- Research background information on the appropriateness of prospects before engaging
- Maintain a high standard of professional conduct in all oral and written communication

As well as a basic salary of £30 000 our client is offering a market leading commission structure for the Finance Broker position. Commission is based on performance and is done on a sliding scale starting at 17.5% and going up to 40% dependant on revenue generated by the individual.

Working hours for the Finance Broker role are Monday to Friday. Once training has been completed this role can be fully remote.
