This Administration Assistant position supports multiple business divisions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from the office in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex.

The role is in a fast-paced, high-volume process environment with opportunities to learn and progress through the company

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contract Creation and Maintenance within the System with double checks.
- Data entry and maintain databases
- Following up and reviewing trading and expense documentation against regulatory requirements.
- Creating requests for accurate financial postings.
- Maintain, create, and update customer, vendor, and service provider details within internal systems.
- Process the day-to-day workload for up to two business departments with double checks.
- Assisting business departments with simple queries surrounding business processes and troubleshooting and knowing when to ask supervisors/Line Manager for support.

- Managing own personal workload
- Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions
- Undertaking training suggested to improve knowledge and skills
- Approaching tasks in a positive and considerate manner
- Using initiative where appropriate
- Minimum of GCSE Math & English (4+ or A-C)
